Arias provided Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services for a 2,800 SF orchestra addition, and an approximately 98,564 SF addition to include: competition and practice gymnasiums, locker rooms, library, classrooms, administration, water cooled chiller plant and associated spaces. Sitework includes new parking lots, four (4) tennis courts, entry drive/stacking lane, extension of bus lane, covered canopy at the bus lane and other sitework associated with the project.
