Arias provided Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services for the construction of the new 212,000 SF Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC). The LEED Silver Certified facility includes 1,950 ready/return rental car spaces and 1,400 public parking spaces configured on five different floors. A skybridge that gives pedestrians direct access to the facility to/from the airport. Additionally, there is an adjacent multilevel fuel, wash, and maintenance facility to support rental car operations.

Geotechnical Engineering services included foundation recommendations. Construction Materials Testing services included drilled piers, masonry, and soil nail.
