Arias provided Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services for the construction of the Austin Community College San Gabriel Campus in Leander, Texas. The project included the new construction of a 103,000 SF, three-story building and 228,000 SF of paving. The building includes classrooms, science labs, ACCelerator learning lab, institutional support, office support, student services, common areas, and a 3,900 SF rooftop terrace.

The ACC San Gabriel Campus in Leander now serves one of the fastest-growing areas in the region and relieve crowding at ACC’s Cypress Creek Campus.
