Arias is currently providing Construction Materials Testing services for the construction of a 20,000 SF Laboratory Building with six teaching labs for programs in Genetics, Animal Nutrition, Anatomy & Physiology, Soil Science, Horticulture, and Entomology; two lab prep spaces–one for animal sciences and one for plant sciences; a small space for the sale of goods produced at the Ag Center by students.

The project also includes a 44,000 SF Covered Outdoor Animal Area that included a large open-sided barn constructed with direct access into and out of the lab building and a 7,900 SF Greenhouse Planting Greenhouse for research, teaching and production.
