As part of a prime system-wide IDIQ contract, ARIAS provided Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services for the design and construction of the one-story 13,800 SF steel framed Texas State University Pecan Building for the University Police Department in San Marcos, Texas. The building structure includes a shallow foundation with masonry and metal panel facade, associated pavement driveways, surface parking lots, site retaining walls, and site flatwork.
